Job Title: Senior Civil Infrastructure Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Infrastructure Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design group, you will play a vital role in the development of detailed civil engineering designs for infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative and sustainable civil design solutions that meet project requirements and safety guidelines.
  • Prepare comprehensive design calculations, material specifications, and construction drawings.
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure civil design integration and alignment with project goals.

Project Coordination and Collaboration:

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing expert consultation and responding to technical queries related to civil design.
  • Assist in reviewing project plans and providing recommendations for design improvements or alterations based on client feedback and site conditions.

Design Documentation and Reporting:

  • Create, update, and maintain detailed design documentation, including CAD drawings and project specifications.
  • Review and ensure all documentation complies with internal standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

  • Ensure that all civil designs comply with local, national, and international codes and standards.
  • Implement quality control measures throughout the design process to ensure high-quality design outputs and adherence to project schedules.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in civil design, with a strong background in the design of roads, drainage systems, bridges, or other civil infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in civil design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar platforms.
