We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Student Induction Advisor to join our team at Study Group. As a key member of our international student support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless transition for students from confirmation to arrival.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to international students on all aspects of their next steps, including visa requirements, travel preparation, course information, and accommodation options.
  • Work closely with admissions and campus staff to ensure a smooth transition for students to our study centres.
  • Develop and deliver student arrival workshops and networking events to support student integration.
  • Maximise conversion rates from confirmation to arrival by providing exceptional customer service and support.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in overseas education systems, particularly in the UK, Ireland, and North America. You will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of overseas education systems and student visa regulations.
  • Experience in using Salesforce CRM and PureCloud telephony systems.
  • Tertiary education and relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated fluency in written and spoken English.
