About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of our IT service management solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect robust, scalable, and efficient ServiceNow solutions for ITSM and ITOM aligning with industry best practices and business needs.
  • Oversee the development of custom applications, modules, and workflows within the ServiceNow platform to support IT service delivery and operations.
  • Architect and manage complex integrations between ServiceNow and various IT systems, including configuration management databases (CMDBs), monitoring tools, and other ITOM components.
  • Establish and enforce governance policies, security standards, and best practices for the ServiceNow environment, ensuring compliance with ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
  • Continuously assess and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of ServiceNow in the ITSM and ITOM domains.
  • Lead and manage ServiceNow implementation projects, collaborating with stakeholders, conducting workshops, and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to ServiceNow development teams, driving the adoption of best practices and architectural guidelines.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of platform architecture, configurations, and integration strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with ServiceNow vendors and stay updated on platform updates, new features, and emerging technologies.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for IT teams and stakeholders on ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with a focus on ITSM and ITOM, with at least 10 years of hands-on experience.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified System Administrator (CSA) certifications are required. Certified Application Architect (CAA) or Certified System Architect (CSA) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITOM processes, ITIL best practices, and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow development, scripting (JavaScript), and custom application design.
  • Extensive experience with integration methods, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Salary Range: ₹1200,000 - ₹1800,000 per annum
