Strategic Proposal Development Lead

We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Proposal Development Lead to join our team at Spot Your Leaders & Consulting. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our bid management process, ensuring timely and high-quality proposal submissions that meet client requirements.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional to take on a leadership position and drive success in our bid development efforts. You will be working closely with senior leaders, business units, solutions, practice, and sales teams to develop and execute a comprehensive response management strategy that aligns with our organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the bid management process, from opportunity identification to contract negotiation, ensuring compliance with requirements and best practices.
- Develop and implement effective processes for managing internal and external deal governance audits, ensuring 100% compliance with defined processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data analytics, industry best practices, and market trends to enhance response management processes and tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in bidding or proposal management, preferably in an IT company.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving results-oriented projects.
- Strong writing and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrable ability to engage stakeholders effectively and communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of the presales process and market trends.
What We Offer
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
