Role Overview

This position is responsible for delivering on business goals within an assigned territory. Key responsibilities include formulating action plans to achieve or exceed annual operating plan targets, forecasting demand, and driving field force performance.

  • Develop strategic plans to meet or exceed territorial objectives on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
  • Predict demand, share customer/product specific goals with the field team, and drive the team to meet set targets.
  • Manage expenditures within approved budgets under the guidance of the State Head.
  • Monitor market and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal Logistics teams and distributors/dealers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Implement brand and product promotion strategies.
  • Design and execute promotional activity plans for the territory, ensuring effective translation to business outcomes.
  • Work with the State Head and National Manager Technical & Market Development to design and implement farmer engagement programs.
  • Monitor key performance indicators for distributors/dealers in the territory and take corrective action where necessary.
  • Ensure updated distributor/dealer and farmer databases are maintained to track various business performance metrics.
  • Build a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Foster employee engagement activities and promote a valued work environment.
