Site Reliability Expert

You'll be pivotal in maintaining our digital infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations for millions. Your mission is to minimize disruptions, automate processes, and drive innovation while scaling effectively.
- Identify potential system issues early, implement preventive measures, and boost resilience.
- Develop tools, pipelines, and scripts that eliminate manual effort and enable rapid, secure deployments.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA), drive corrective actions, and prioritize improvements in the backlog.
- Apply programming expertise to strengthen infrastructure and services.
- Mentor & grow: Share knowledge with peers, champion best practices, and promote innovation.
- Continuously evolve: Stay ahead of new technologies, adapt quickly, and shape the future of IT systems.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 3–5 years in operations, DevOps, or software engineering, with expertise in troubleshooting, automation, and customer support.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Hands-on experience designing & maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong incident response & problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and drive innovation.
- Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
