Job Title: Front Office Executive
Location: Hyderabad
Position: Full Time
Work Timings: Regular hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, 5 days a week.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. As a key member, you will be responsible for overseeing office administration, ensuring seamless operations, and providing exceptional support to our staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including housekeeping, security, and official phone calls.
- Coordinate with vendors for soft drinks and beverages.
- Maintain attendance records for housekeeping and security staff, as well as visitor registers.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers.
- Organize files, folders, and office utilities.
- Monitor electricity and telephone bills.
- Assist in filing office documents systematically and punching staff attendance daily.
- Independently manage office work.
- Receive and distribute mail and messages to relevant departments.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- 1-2 years of experience as a front office executive, preferably in an IT or ITE services company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Education: Graduate in any discipline (BA, B.Com, etc.)

A competitive salary of ₹250,000 - ₹350,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
