Lead Analytics Professional

The successful candidate will lead our analytics efforts and drive business decisions with data-driven insights. This is a challenging role that requires a deep understanding of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and related technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining complex machine learning models to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop strategic recommendations
  • Designing and implementing data pipelines to support analytics efforts
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior team members

Requirements for this role include:

  • 8+ years of experience in machine learning and/or artificial intelligence
  • Hands-on experience with popular deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
  • Proficiency in Python and strong understanding of software engineering principles
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
  • Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with MLOps tools such as Dagster, Airflow, or MLFlow
  • Knowledge of NLP libraries such as NLTK or SpaCy
  • Understanding of statistical concepts and data visualization techniques
