The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and upselling/cross-selling potential within existing clients to maximize share of wallet.
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales activities to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and monitoring market trends to provide regular competitor feedback.

Ideal Candidate

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales or pre-sales, ideally within a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong networker and relationship builder with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • A team player who can deliver high-quality work under pressure.
  • Willing to travel up to 30-60% of the time.
