The Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Management Professional to join our Americas Core Compliance Practices Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing compliance risk within the bank, participating in multiple processes, and executing tasks related to regulatory data management, risk assessment, and monitoring.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Expert multitasking skills to learn various processes within the practices group and deliver timely and quality results.
  • Supporting and executing Compliance Risk Assessment, Compliance Monitoring, Regulatory Change Management, Taxonomy, and other assigned processes.
  • Data analytics skills to manage large amounts of data, ensure accuracy, completeness, and conduct reviews and challenges.

You will work closely with our leadership team to create new tools for process enhancement and management, maintain existing tools, and manage monthly reporting to provide meaningful data to compliance leadership.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 5-6 years of experience in financial services, preferably in Audit, Compliance, Data Analytics, or Risk Management.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Advanced development experience in Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI Report Builder is essential. You must be a self-starter with ability to work independently, possess high-level attention to detail, and documentation requirements.

A strong understanding of various processes and how they interrelate is necessary, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
