Job Summary:

Regal Rexnord is seeking a highly skilled Accountant I to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying and booking AP invoices and payment entries in systems, reviewing and processing employee reimbursements, and assisting with accounting records and ledgers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and book AP invoices and payment entries in systems.
  • Review and process employee reimbursements as per travel policy and employee manual.
  • Assist with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions.
  • Maintain and update different trackers used for finance reporting purposes.
  • Support various month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
  • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
  • Record keeping by filing physical documents and uploading digital files/data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce. Master's degree/CA or ICWA Intermediate qualification is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in general accounting area in MNC setup.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Oracle/SAP will be an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge on TDS, GST & MSME Compliance.
