As the Bench Sales Lead, you will be responsible for managing the bench sales process, driving revenue, and ensuring the success of our bench candidates in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position that requires 4-6 years of experience in bench sales or similar sales roles.

You will have a proven track record of driving revenue and achieving sales targets, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the bench sales process and drive revenue through the placement of bench candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable candidates.
  • Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for client requirements.
  • Negotiate compensation and other employment terms with candidates and clients.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to bench candidates, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
