Globe Capital seeks a seasoned professional to drive business growth and expansion as a Strategic Business Leader.
Job OverviewThis role is designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about developing and managing high-performing teams.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our B2C & B2B branches, focusing on strategic planning to grow our business across all segments.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective strategies to increase market share, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients.
You will be responsible for managing a team and its activities, driving business growth, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction levels.
Your expertise in negotiating mutually beneficial investment opportunities and creating cross-sell and up-sell opportunities will be invaluable in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, focusing on individual and team goals.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to increase market share, and negotiate mutually beneficial investment opportunities with clients.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients and retail clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction levels.
- Project Planning: Plan and implement projects systematically, aligning with business priorities.
- Sales Meetings: Attend and contribute to sales meetings, driving business growth and development.
- Experience: Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams, driving business growth, and developing effective strategies.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
At Globe Capital, we offer a competitive salary, ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
