Sales Performance Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will excel at driving sales growth through strategic lead generation and relationship-building. By leveraging a consultative approach to selling, this individual will effectively utilize their expertise to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet revenue targets, encompassing various activities such as calling, field visits, and email outreach.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings, presentations, and negotiation sessions.
- Prepare and present customized proposals and tender documents to showcase the company's services and capabilities.
- Facilitate effective follow-up and discussion to negotiate deals and close new business opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably engineering or marketing) or equivalent experience in sales or business development.
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably in the engineering or consultancy industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and present the company's services.
- Ability to conduct successful lead generation activities, including telecalling and field visits.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Sale Navigator, Zoho, or Microsoft CRM.
- Strong technical acumen to understand client requirements and prepare techno-commercial offers.
- Experience in preparing tender documents and understanding bidding processes.
