Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet revenue targets, encompassing various activities such as calling, field visits, and email outreach.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings, presentations, and negotiation sessions.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and tender documents to showcase the company's services and capabilities.
  • Facilitate effective follow-up and discussion to negotiate deals and close new business opportunities.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably engineering or marketing) or equivalent experience in sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably in the engineering or consultancy industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and present the company's services.
  • Ability to conduct successful lead generation activities, including telecalling and field visits.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Sale Navigator, Zoho, or Microsoft CRM.
  • Strong technical acumen to understand client requirements and prepare techno-commercial offers.
  • Experience in preparing tender documents and understanding bidding processes.
