Job Summary:

This role involves being part of a high-performance team that focuses on ICS and OT cybersecurity solutions. As a Sales Engineer at TXOne Networks, you will guide customers and prospects in selecting and deploying our ICS and OT cybersecurity solutions.

Your primary responsibilities include providing pre-sales technical consultation in the design, engineering, and sale of ICS and OT cybersecurity solutions. You will build, develop, and maintain strong professional relationships with customer decision-makers.

You will use your product knowledge to engage and influence customer technology strategies through showcasing TXOne technologies during technical sales presentations, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept, and trial engagements.

Your key responsibilities also include developing architecture designs, engineering bills of materials, and implementation specifications for ICS and OT cybersecurity solutions. Additionally, you will prepare and develop responses to customer RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, and create viable proposals ensuring that optimum solutions are provided to new and existing customers.

Collaboration with the Sales team is crucial to plan and implement sales strategies to win business and achieve revenue targets. You will also be responsible for delivering training and support to our partners and customer engineers, as well as encouraging and empowering them to propose, position, and convince customers with our products and solutions.

You will actively participate in webinars, workshops, and other vendor-sponsored events as a speaker or panelist, leveraging your excellent public speaking skills.

Finally, you will conduct regular knowledge sharing and updates on new products and technologies to the internal sales staff.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have minimum 4-6 years' experience in a customer-facing technical/pre-sales role as a Sales or Systems Engineer, proposing enterprise solutions at all levels of a customer organization.

A bachelor's and/or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience is required. Experience in designing/engineering cybersecurity solutions (endpoint, application control, whitelisting, threat detection, firewall, and IPS) is also essential.

Confirmed experience and hands-on expertise with networking industry technologies across routing, switching, and security technology domains from a pre-sale, operational, or engineering point of view are necessary. Solid presentation, documentation, and communication skills with experience in customer-facing sales activities are also required.

Proven technical capability, ability to learn quickly, and apply in new domains of cybersecurity are essential. Certification in Network, Systems, Cybersecurity, and ICS/OT security will be an added advantage. Finally, travel as business needs arise is expected.
