Revenue Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru

The Director of Revenue & Yield is a key member of the hotel management team responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing occupancy rates. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of revenue management principles and proven experience in leading teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Lead the Reservations Department and coordinate with other departments to achieve budgeted goals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and inventory decisions
- Manage and maintain accurate records of reservations, including room availability and guest information
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to develop promotional packages and offers
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in revenue management or a related field
- Proven track record of success in leading teams and achieving business objectives
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A competitive salary range: ₹80 lakhs - ₹1.20 crores per annum (based on qualifications and experience)
