Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team as the Director of Finance. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.

About the Role

This is a strategic leadership position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for managing the budgeting and forecasting process, monitoring cash flow and optimizing working capital, and driving operational efficiency by identifying cost-saving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all financial operations, including payroll processing, vendor payouts, and collections (accounts receivables).
  • Develop and implement financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Oversee and ensure adherence to statutory compliance requirements.
  • Drive operational efficiency by monitoring costing activities and identifying saving initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, banks, and auditors.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in finance controllership, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing finance teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
