Job Description

As a Senior Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer training and empowering individuals to leverage Salesforce's robust platform. You will design, code, test, debug, package, and deploy applications using best practices on the Salesforce or Mulesoft AnyPoint Platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-standard customer adoption training tailored to various levels of expertise.
  • Answer real-time questions from customers and provide additional resources.
  • Explain complex features in an easy-to-follow manner.
  • Demonstrate features and functionality with hands-on demos and exercises.
  • Establish yourself as a standard of excellence in delivering effective classes and virtual workshops.
  • Travel to key Marketing events and conferences.
  • Stay current on the latest developments in Salesforce technology and best practices.
  • Action insight including Product Education, Technical Advice, Adoption Guidance, Accelerate Feature/Cloud Adoption, Cross-collaboration with the Cloud Success team.
  • Consistently receive outstanding customer satisfaction scores and maintain a teaching time productivity metric.

Required Qualifications Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
  • Salesforce Mulesoft Developer certification is required; additional certifications are a plus.
  • Overall 3+ years of experience with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience on Salesforce and/or Tableau products.
  • Programming Skills: JavaScript, Java, C#, HTML, CSS, SOQL, SOSL, REST, SOAP APIs, Apex, Visualforce.
  • Ability to rapidly learn new technologies.
  • Proven success leading customer-facing presentations and engagements.
  • Experience with virtual training platforms and tools.

Preferred Qualifications Skills:

  • Working knowledge of the overall Salesforce platform suite and applications.
  • Able to handle objections, prioritize customer issues, and collaborate with manager and colleagues to drive resolution.
  • Proven ability to manage time and prioritize activities under pressure.
  • Support Success and Sales Teams to ensure maximum value for customers.
  • Understanding of business analysis, change management, user adoption, release management, and governance.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of industry best practices and implementation experience of the Salesforce product suite.
