About the Role:

We are seeking 2 high-performing Account Executives (AEs) to join our growing sales team. As an AE at BiteSpeed, you will be responsible for converting enterprise leads into paying customers, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talk to e-commerce business owners globally, understanding their pain points, and showcasing how our product can improve their lives.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales funnel from lead generation to conversion, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Create compelling cold emails and LinkedIn messages that break through the noise and engage potential customers.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients, providing value-added product demonstrations and expert insights.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of customer feedback, advocating for product improvements and informing go-to-market strategies.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume sales at an SMB SaaS startup (or similar industries).
  • Proven track record of selling complex solutions to e-commerce businesses or similar sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building strong relationships.
  • Aptitude for creative problem-solving, thinking outside the box, and adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data-driven insights and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
