Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Drive offline bus ticket sales in your designated region through a network of travel agents, ensuring timely reporting and transparency.
- Strive to meet and exceed sales targets, as well as onboard new agents to our B2B platform, providing them with comprehensive training and support.
- Maintain strong relationships with agents, facilitating regular visits and cash collections as needed.
- Expand our reach by capitalizing on spot bus ticket bookings and boarding point sales opportunities.
Operations:
- Oversee the boarding process of passengers onto our buses at designated points, ensuring seamless coordination with bus captains.
- Guarantee that our buses meet the promised amenities standards, fostering a positive customer experience.
- Monitor and improve service performance, customer ratings, and NPS, as well as on-time arrivals and departures.
- Collaborate with bus operators and their staff to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Lead our ground staff, including bus captains, drivers, and helpers, ensuring compliance with SOPs and company policies.
- Execute offline promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives within your region, promoting our brand and services.
