**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EPM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team at Ace Skills Edutech. This role will involve providing expert-level technical support for our Oracle EPM solutions, including EDMCS, Planning, EPBCS, EPRCS, and PCMCS, as well as FCC reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EPM and excellent technical skills, with the ability to provide support to our FCC Admin team, resolve integration issues, and migrate changes between environments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide technical support for Oracle EPM solutions
  • Resolve integration issues and migrate changes between environments
  • Monitor ticket queue, update tickets, and close tickets
  • Create, monitor, and work SRs with Oracle Support
  • Review monthly patch documentation and complete regression testing
  • Fix and work any issues caused by patches
  • Provide technical support to the FCC Admin team
  • Build extract jobs for OAC

**Requirements:**

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of Oracle EPM
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
