About This Role

Talent Corner is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to drive market expansion in the Mumbai area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for increasing revenue and profitability targets by developing strong relationships with institutions, ENT hospitals, medical colleges, and hearing aid centers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and increase sales in existing ones

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers

- Identify opportunities for growth and develop action plans to achieve revenue targets

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to travel extensively within the Mumbai area
