Job Description

We are seeking a visionary creative leader to join our team as an Art Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the visual identity of our organization and building a high-performing design team.

As an Art Director, you will oversee the development of our brand's visual language, including typography, color palette, and layout. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6-10 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary design teams in media, digital publishing, or agency environments.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools, including Gen-AI image/video tools for ideation or production.
  • Visual mastery of typography, color, layout, motion, data visualization, and brand systems.
  • Storytelling and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to sell concepts in the boardroom.
  • Soft power traits, including taste-making, strategic thinking, detail obsession, feedback giving, boundary pushing, and legacy building.
