Job Description:

The Developing Countries Vaccine Manufacturers Network (DCVMN International) is a leading public health-driven alliance of vaccine manufacturers from developing countries. We are dedicated to advancing global vaccine equity by strengthening the technical and operational capabilities of member companies worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate international training programs and workshops, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials, presentations, and resources to support effective delivery.
  • Manage participant registration, communication, and logistics, maintaining detailed records for continuous program improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager – Training to identify training needs, establish clear learning objectives, and develop strategic initiatives.
  • Plan and deliver training programs as advised by the CEO, including venue selection, budgeting, monitoring, and evaluation.

Event Management:

  • Organize DCVMN events, such as Annual General Meetings, global conferences, workshops, and stakeholder meetings, ensuring timely execution and high standards.
  • Liaise with venues, vendors, and service providers to secure necessary services and equipment.

Member & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Engage with member companies, academic institutions, research organizations, and industry partners to facilitate program participation and feedback.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer an attractive salary in line with industry standards and qualifications, commensurate with experience and expertise, based on market rates for not-for-profit organizations in Gurugram, India. The initial contract duration will be 1.5 years from January 1st, 2025 to June 30th, 2026. Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters degree from a recognized university/institution, preferably in Learning and Development, Public Health, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international or multinational setting.
  • Experience working with global public health agencies, such as WHO, UNICEF, GAVI, CEPI, or BMGF, is highly desirable.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, e-learning platforms, and program management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency in additional languages a plus.
