Job Description

This full-time on-site role involves identifying new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, and developing and implementing sales strategies. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, attend meetings and conferences, and analyze market trends and competitive landscapes.

Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in business development and sales
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and cloud services
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include relocation assistance to Pune or Rabale, Mumbai, and a comprehensive package for PAN India client visits.
