Strategic Business Growth Specialist

LeapSwitch Networks is a leading company in the IT industry, specializing in cloud services. We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.
Job DescriptionThis full-time on-site role involves identifying new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, and developing and implementing sales strategies. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, attend meetings and conferences, and analyze market trends and competitive landscapes.
Requirements- At least 2-3 years of experience in business development and sales
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of the IT industry and cloud services
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
The estimated salary for this role is ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include relocation assistance to Pune or Rabale, Mumbai, and a comprehensive package for PAN India client visits.
