**Job Profile : IT & ERP Manager

Location : Wagle Estate, Thane.

Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

- Conducting regular network and data security checks.

- Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve and update software and systems.

- Managing the software development process for new applications and system updates.

- Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides.

- Conducting system audits and sharing operation system reports with senior staff.

- Determining timeframes for major IT projects, including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.

- Managing and reporting on IT budget allocation and providing direction for IT team members.

- Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement, ensuring data security, network access and backup systems.

- Implementing strategic solutions for problematic areas and staying updated on the latest technologies and industry best practices.

ERP Implementation Responsibilities

- Establishing ERP needs through business process analysis and consultation.

- Analyzing existing infrastructure and enhancing IT systems, writing customized programs and scripts, and configuring ERP applications.

- Developing user-friendly functionalities and interfaces, performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize performance.

- Providing technical support and training ERP end-users, preparing development progress updates and documenting ERP processes.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
