Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and decision support to the Insights Product Manager
  • Analyse new data analytics requirements and translate them into technical requirements
  • Implement, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance technical solutions
  • Identify automation, simplification, standardization, and improvement opportunities

Requirements Gathering and Implementation

  • Support the Insights Product Manager in engaging stakeholders to translate business objectives into feature and story acceptance criteria
  • Implement, test, and deploy business needs in accordance with the Agile framework
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on the technical solution

Data Analysis and Management

  • Analyse and interpret data to provide insights and support decision-making
  • Have E2E knowledge of existing data products, from data injection to final dashboards

Continuous Improvement

  • Support the Insights Product Manager in creating a vision for BI products
  • Provide consulting on reactive, proactive, and enhancement support services
  • Work closely with the business to identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce waste

Critical Qualifications/Skills/Experience

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in Mathematics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 7+ years' experience in Business Analytics and/or Data Specialist and/or Data Scientist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Technical Skills

  • Advanced SQL knowledge (Oracle and SQL Server) and data modelling
  • Data injection tools, Azure Databricks, Azure Analysis Services
  • Process mining and automation tools
  • Power BI and Data visualization
  • Machine Learning and AI
