Job Summary:

The Security Manager assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients is responsible for providing guidance and recommendations regarding security concerns. The Security Manager will identify areas of improvement and capabilities which can be implemented to enhance physical and personal security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Ensure security policies are implemented without deviation.
  • Conduct meetings with security and equipment vendors.
  • Responsible for recruiting security personnel and job training.
  • Responsible for documenting security personnel and all other incidents.
  • Responsible for maintaining security-related documentation.
  • Responsible for alarm monitoring and controlling alarms on site.
  • Responsible for maintaining access control systems and CCTV.
  • Responsible for conducting fire evacuation drills.
  • Ensure proper processes are followed during NHO sessions.
  • Responsible for disposing of and donating lost and found items according to policy.
  • Provide security escort guards for female employees.
  • Coordinate with different teams to resolve issues.
  • Responsible for active participation in investigations.
  • Responsible for performing audits and night checks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with a minimum of 7 years of experience.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
