Business Development RoleWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Growth Manager to drive strategic partnerships and demand generation for our BID division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining strategic partnerships, and implementing strategies to generate demand.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business growth plans to drive revenue expansion in bio cluster and startup segments.
- Pursue and establish strategic partnerships that align with our business goals, leveraging your expertise to foster mutually beneficial relationships.
- Collaborate with our demand generation center to develop effective strategies and tactics to drive sales growth.
- Build strong relationships with customers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to understand their needs and preferences, driving business objectives forward.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate efforts and achieve shared goals, promoting a collaborative environment.
- Forecast sales funnel for assigned areas and work with team and channel partners to monitor and grow business.
- Lead business development initiatives to improve market share in bio cluster and startup accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record in life science/biotechnology/diagnostics.
- Bachelor's degree in biotechnology/life science with an MBA or post-graduate/master's degree in life science/biotechnology.
- Analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and collaborative abilities.
- Ability to express ideas and strategies clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, identify and implement effective solutions that drive business growth and success.
