The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating system installation, hardware troubleshooting, and software configuration.

  • Technical Support: Providing assistance on software applications, including MS Outlook, as well as resolving hardware and network connectivity issues.
  • Operating System Installation: Installing, configuring, and upgrading operating systems across various devices.
  • Hardware Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving problems with computer hardware.
  • Network Support: Configuring and troubleshooting network printers, VPNs, and firewalls.
  • Security Management: Implementing BitLocker encryption, managing antivirus updates, and ensuring virus protection.
  • Active Directory Administration: Creating user accounts, resetting passwords, updating group policies, and controlling access permissions.
  • Remote Assistance: Offering remote support for software and system-related issues.
  • Asset Management: Coordinating with vendors to resolve hardware issues and maintaining records of hardware and software assets.
