Job Title: Digital Finance Product Strategist

At Connexions, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead our Lending Platform. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to leverage their expertise in digital finance and product development to drive business growth.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 4-6 years of experience in product management, preferably in lending products or financial services. The successful candidate will have strong domain knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Product Owner for the lending platform, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering D2C financial products using our platform.
  • Collaborate with clients to draft and finalize Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and translate them into user stories and tickets for the development team.
  • Design intuitive and seamless channel experiences for end-users and create comprehensive product documentation, guides, and other collateral.
  • Monitor all deployments to ensure that the product is functioning as expected and serve as the Customer Success Manager, ensuring that the platform meets clients' business objectives.
  • Work with clients on ongoing enhancement and support requirements, delivering timely updates and act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for clients, providing guidance and insights.
  • Follow through on product launches, ensuring clear deadlines and rapid closure of tasks and utilize a data-driven and hypothesis-driven approach to create features and functionalities.

Requirements:

  • At least 4-6 years of experience in product management, preferably in lending products or financial services.
  • Strong domain knowledge of lending products, digital financial services, and D2C platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and ensuring customer success.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive insights and drive product development.
  • Proven ability to manage product launches, timelines, and client expectations.
