Job Title: Dealer Profitability Manager

About the Role:
The selected candidate will join our team as a Dealer Profitability Manager, working closely with the Zonal Business Head and Business Heads to drive dealer profitability initiatives across the North Zone. This role will be responsible for end-to-end business support, including planning, budgeting, business forecasting, and decision-making support. The successful candidate will also prepare and present summary and MIS reports to enable informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain advanced dashboards using Power BI, Google Studio, and Tableau, with a working knowledge of SQL.
  2. Skillfully prepare presentations and reports using advanced G-Suite apps (Slides and Sheets).
  3. Demonstrate a deep understanding of PnL statements (ROI, EBITDA, etc.), balance sheets, and cash flow.
  4. Utilize excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with the internal sales team and external business partners.
  5. Apply analytical skills to manage different data sets from various sources, enabling the team and business partners to make informed decisions.
  6. Become a team player, building strong relationships with internal sales teams and external business partners.
  7. Develop a strong understanding of the automobile business KPIs.
  8. Prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment and manage travel to partner locations in North India when required.
