Strategic Dealer Profitability Manager

About the Role:
The selected candidate will join our team as a Dealer Profitability Manager, working closely with the Zonal Business Head and Business Heads to drive dealer profitability initiatives across the North Zone. This role will be responsible for end-to-end business support, including planning, budgeting, business forecasting, and decision-making support. The successful candidate will also prepare and present summary and MIS reports to enable informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards using Power BI, Google Studio, and Tableau, with a working knowledge of SQL.
- Skillfully prepare presentations and reports using advanced G-Suite apps (Slides and Sheets).
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of PnL statements (ROI, EBITDA, etc.), balance sheets, and cash flow.
- Utilize excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with the internal sales team and external business partners.
- Apply analytical skills to manage different data sets from various sources, enabling the team and business partners to make informed decisions.
- Become a team player, building strong relationships with internal sales teams and external business partners.
- Develop a strong understanding of the automobile business KPIs.
- Prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment and manage travel to partner locations in North India when required.
