Job Title: Siebel Automation Tester

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and automation scripts.
  • Create and maintain robust automation frameworks (Selenium/UFT/Tosca for Siebel).
  • Perform thorough functional, regression, and integration testing across Siebel, ODI, and OAC platforms.
  • Validate Siebel Open UI, integrations (REST/Web Services), EIM, and reports for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support seamless Siebel upgrades with automated regression packs.
  • Analyze logs, identify defects, and conduct root cause analysis to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver defect-free products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
  • 8-15 years of QA/Automation experience with strong expertise in Siebel.
  • Hands-on experience in ODI, OAC, and BIP testing.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Siebel CRM knowledge: Open UI, Integration, EIM, Workspace, Code Migration.
  • ODI: ETL/data flow validation, metadata testing.
  • OAC/BIP: Report validation, scheduling, RTF template checks.
  • OPA: Rule and scenario testing.
  • Desirable skills: Python scripting, Kubernetes, Performance testing.
