We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at Whitefield Careers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and explaining our products or services. You will also be required to understand customer needs and requirements, provide information about our products or services to potential customers, and receive and respond to inbound customer calls. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a record of all conversations with customers, following up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved, managing and updating customer databases with call outcomes, and meeting or exceeding call volume goals to contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our products or services
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Provide information about products or services to potential customers
  • Receive and respond to inbound customer calls
  • Maintain a record of all conversations with customers
  • Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
  • Manage and update customer databases with call outcomes
  • Meet or exceed call volume goals to contribute to the company's success
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convince
  • Experience working in B2C sales
  • Energetic and confident
  • 100% target completion
  • Outbound telesales experience
  • Ability to make cold calls as per available data and conduct regular follow-up to gather and successfully close leads into sales
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven work experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be persuasive and exhibit professionalism
  • Strong customer focus and adaptability
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency including MS Office and CRM software
  • Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle rejection
