At TerraGiG, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Mumbai market. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to join our team and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy tailored to the local market, identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts to achieve revenue targets.
  • Leverage technical knowledge to understand client needs, present customized solutions, and explain basic technical concepts in an accessible manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for sales inquiries, technical information, and ongoing support.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market changes to inform sales strategies and enhance client proposals.
  • Work closely with technical and product teams to tailor solutions, align on client requirements, and ensure smooth product integration for clients.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals that align with client needs and highlight the technical strengths of our solutions.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, pipeline progress, and customer feedback. Provide regular updates to senior management and recommend actions to improve outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a technically-oriented sales role, ideally within top industries.
  • Proficient understanding of product, e.g., Excel, PPT, SaaS solutions.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, build strong client relationships, and close deals effectively.
  • Familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho for sales tracking and performance analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
