We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive our franchise development efforts in South India.
This role will be responsible for:
- Setting up and leading the Business Development vertical to achieve strategic objectives
- Developing and implementing strategies to expand our franchisee network across South India
- Sourcing new properties and negotiating leases with landlords
- Managing a team of professionals to achieve business goals and objectives
- Analyzing financial performance and creating annual business plans to drive growth
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years of experience in business development or a related field
- MBA or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline
- A strong understanding of retail operations, business models, and market trends
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly
This is a key role within our organization, and the successful candidate will play a critical part in driving our franchise development efforts forward.
