About the Role

We're seeking high-agency individuals with a bias for action to join our founder's office team. As a Strategic Operations Officer, you'll undertake new initiatives, implement strategies from the ground-up, and improve existing operations across various departments.

This role requires the ability to pursue multiple adventures simultaneously, pursuing t-shaped skills that span strategy, customer success, and operations. If you're someone with a strong bias for action and a passion for driving business growth, you'll be a great fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executing New Initiatives: You'll conduct preliminary research, groundwork, and execution for new initiatives across marketing, product, and customer success, ensuring zero to one new initiatives.
  • Improving Customer-Facing Functions: You'll work closely with customer success, support, and pentest functions to improve customer experience, identifying gaps and designing solutions to fill them.
  • Developing Playbooks: You'll collaborate with various departments to develop playbooks that make their processes scalable and repeatable.
  • Operational Support to Founders: You'll provide support to streamline operations, optimizing workflows, managing teams effectively, and ensuring processes are efficient and scalable.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: You'll prepare MIS, gather data across departments, and derive insights from data.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: You'll collaborate across various functions, including marketing, product, customer success, sales, and pentest.

Qualifications

  • A degree in management (MBA) or consulting experience
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity or computer science/IT engineering background is preferred.
  • Prior experience working in a founder's office role or a dynamic role requiring taking on multiple areas of a SaaS business.
