Role: Senior Portfolio Executive

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee a portfolio and manage a team of professionals focused on delivering Banking and Finance solutions in Data & AI space.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in management consulting, presales, and stakeholder management, along with proven experience in delivering complex projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the execution of multiple projects, maintaining client satisfaction, and driving business growth.

The Senior Portfolio Executive will oversee end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of projects within the Banking and Finance sector. This includes managing a large team of resources, ensuring timely delivery, profit and loss (P&L) management, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Banking and Finance industry, including regulatory requirements, technology trends, and client expectations. They will provide expert consulting services to clients, assisting them in transforming their business processes and IT strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Project and Delivery Management

* Oversee end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of projects within the Banking and Finance sector.

* Manage and lead a large team of resources, ensuring timely delivery, P&L management, and quality standards.

2. Stakeholder Management

* Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives.

* Build strong relationships with clients to understand their strategic objectives and ensure alignment with delivered solutions.

3. Management Consulting

* Provide expert consulting services to Banking and Finance clients, assisting them in transforming their business processes and IT strategies.

4. Sales and Business Development

* Lead sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.

5. P&L Management

* Ensure profitable management of a $10-15 million USD portfolio.
