Director of Executive Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to join our team at GenX PV as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director.
About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior executives, providing exceptional support and coordination to ensure seamless operations and achieve company goals.
Responsibilities:Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and communication for the CEO and executive team, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of information and tasks.
Coordinate travel logistics, accommodations, and activities for senior executives, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Provide high-level administrative support, including typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing systems and contact databases.
Ensure confidentiality and maintain professionalism in all interactions, upholding the highest standards of integrity and discretion.
Organize team communications, plan events, and coordinate off-site activities, showcasing exceptional interpersonal and event-planning skills.
4+ years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse situations and personalities.
Strong time-management skills, with the capacity to prioritize multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in office productivity tools, with a willingness to learn new software and systems.
Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses, with a keen eye for financial management.
Development of internal processes and filing systems, showcasing expertise in operational efficiency.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a competitive offer, reflecting the importance of this role within our organization.
