Strategic Sales and Marketing Director

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Development:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Sales Leadership:
- Lead and motivate the sales team, setting clear goals and performance metrics while providing ongoing support.
- Foster strong relationships with major clients, distributors, and partners.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Marketing Strategy:
- Design and implement marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and showcase product offerings.
- Leverage digital platforms, social media, and traditional marketing methods to stimulate demand and attract leads.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and product catalogs.
Business Growth:
- Identify and explore new business avenues, including strategic partnerships and untapped market segments.
- Negotiate and finalize significant contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track and evaluate sales results, marketing success, and market dynamics.
- Provide regular reports and presentations offering actionable insights and recommendations.
Team Development:
- Select, train, and mentor sales and marketing personnel to cultivate a high-performance culture.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support ongoing development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA or higher qualification is preferred.
- At least 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the automotive or mechanical components industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing effective teams while executing impactful marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of the automotive components market, including customer requirements and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and implement plans effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
