The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Snaphunt. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in the IT industry.
The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for leading new business development for a specific region/industry. You will create cross-sale and up-sell opportunities with the existing client base in the region/industry. You will also identify challenges pertaining to the procurement function of existing & new clients and suggest possible solutions, thereby creating cross & new selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead new business development for a specific region/industry.
- Create cross-sale and up-sell opportunities with the existing client base in the region/industry.
- Identify challenges pertaining to the procurement function of existing & new clients and suggest possible solutions.
- Build leads & prospects through references, LinkedIn connects, and social networks.
- Pursue leads created by the Internal Sales team.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations to clients.
- Create proposals, follow up on submissions, and close business.
- Analyse market & client scenarios.
- Suggest strategies to effectively position the value propositions of the company.
The Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the IT Services industry.
- You have working knowledge of IT sales.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams.
