We are seeking a highly experienced B2B marketing expert to join our team at Affle's mDSP marketing division. As a Strategic Marketing Professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing successful global marketing programs, preferably in a technology-driven company.

You will be a strategic thinker with the ability to build and execute an entire marketing plan, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline creation.

Your responsibilities will include developing and coordinating marketing collaterals, supporting sales enablement through lead-gen campaigns, pitch decks, and emailers, and planning and delivering highly effective marketing programs to support business needs.

You will also monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive marketing initiatives and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline creation.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing collaterals, including landing pages, webinars, case studies, and whitepapers, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Support sales enablement through lead-gen campaigns, pitch decks, and emailers, including Hubspot automation workflows.
  • Plan and deliver highly effective marketing programs to support business needs, such as digital marketing and lead-gen campaigns, social media campaigns, and events.
  • Initiate, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, webinars, email marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in a marketing role in the AdTech/MarTech/SAAS industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful global marketing programs, preferably in a technology-driven company.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to build and execute an entire marketing plan.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for details.
  • Action-oriented, with a proactive approach and strong project management skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.

Estimated Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum
