Job Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven sales professional to join our team at Trunks Company. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to drive business growth and expansion in the luxury interior design market.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute strategies to achieve annual revenue targets through effective lead generation, client presentations, and deal closures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-end residential clients, architects, and interior designers.
- Engage with potential clients through in-person meetings, brand presentations, and virtual tours/discussions.
- Travel extensively across India to meet clients and expand business opportunities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of delivering targets under minimum supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A solution-driven mindset and approach, with adaptability and enthusiasm.
- Experience in planning and executing events and experiences for high-end clients.
Compensation Package
The compensation package for this role includes a competitive salary of ₹1,500,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. In addition to a basic salary, you can expect a range of benefits, including performance-based bonuses and opportunities for career advancement.
