Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Multiplier AI.

About the Role:

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in devising and executing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance and ensure maximum reach and relevance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROAS, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign settings for improved results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless user experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid advertising, and incorporate them into campaign strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular reporting and performance updates to stakeholders, highlighting key insights, successes, and areas for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in search engine algorithms, ad platform policies, and industry regulations, and ensure compliance in all paid advertising activities.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the digital marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Above 70% throughout academics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 1 Year in managing paid advertising campaigns, with a focus on driving measurable results and ROI.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and/or other relevant tracking platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning and self-improvement in the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape.
  • Relevant certifications such as Google Ads Certification, Bing Ads Accreditation, or Facebook Blueprint Certification could be an added advantage.
