We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join Alankaram as a Regional Sales Representative. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to drive sales growth and expand our presence in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a self-starter with a proven track record of successful sales experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, a strong network of contacts within the interior design and architecture community, and the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned state, focusing on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential customers, leads, and opportunities within the territory through research, networking, and cold-calling.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and other industry professionals to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Presentation and Demonstration: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and features of Alankaram's furniture products.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop state-specific promotional materials and campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and a proven track record of successful sales experience. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is also essential. We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary and incentives based on sales performance.
