Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Global Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at KellyOCG. This role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to increase our business presence across the globe.

About the Role

This position requires a strong understanding of sales and business development principles, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, growing existing relationships, and closing deals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across all business verticals
  • Grow and develop existing relationships with clients and partners
  • Manage inbound inquiries and respond to client needs in a timely manner
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7-14 years of experience in the recruitment industry
  • Bachelor's degree (Any)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
