Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our IT function and drive digital transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, managing vendors, and overseeing financial management.

About the Role

  • This is a senior leadership position within our organization, reporting directly to the COO.
  • You will be responsible for annual strategy planning, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and driving innovation through disruptive technologies.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Digital and Technology COE, Finance, and External Vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Manage vendor relationships, resolving concerns, and ensuring long-lasting partnerships.
  3. Oversight of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  4. Lead stakeholder management, communications, and team management, including goal setting, performance monitoring, and talent development.

Measures of Success

  • Improvement in VSAT (Value-Added Services and Technology).
  • Driving innovation and change within the organization, challenging the status quo and bringing new ideas for testing and incubation.
  • SUCCESSFUL ARCHIVAL OF KNOWLEDGE AND DISSEMINATION ACROSS BUSINESS FUNCTIONS.
  • Positive feedback and appreciation from business owners and decision makers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in corporate strategy, vendor management, or budgeting roles for large businesses or engagement managers in top-tier consulting firms.
  • Excellent academic track record and strong networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailed-oriented, organized, critical thinker with strong work ethics and excellent communication skills.
  • A self-starter comfortable in a project-oriented environment, able to influence key stakeholders and operational owners through well-articulated strategies backed up with metric-driven value statements.
  • Analytical skills and judgment to solve problems with limited information at hand by learning and using statistical tools and logics.

Benefits and Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and professional development opportunities.
