Job Title: OTM System Specialist

At Talpro, we are seeking a highly skilled OTM System Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in OTM configurations, logistics management, and solution design. Key responsibilities include designing and developing OTM workflows, configuring external planning engines, and setting up commitment, contract, and service provider information. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Java, Oracle PL/SQL, and XML.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in OTM configurations, logistics management, and solution design
  • Expertise in OTM workflow design and development
  • Good understanding of Java, Oracle PL/SQL, and XML
  • End-to-end OTM configuration experience
  • Experience in testing agents and workflows

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master data setup in OTM
  • BI reports development and enhancements
  • Macro development and enhancements
  • Expertise in quick understanding of OTM logs
  • Experience with client-facing consulting engagements

Education and Skills:

  • College degree in a related area of study
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent oral and written communications
