Job Summary:

System Soft Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Apache NiFi Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our data integration team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing data flows within Apache NiFi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable workflows for data ingestion, transformation, and delivery using Apache NiFi.
  • Configure processors, connections, and controllers to optimize data throughput and performance.
  • Regularly monitor and maintain NiFi clusters to ensure high availability and fault tolerance.
  • Implement appropriate security measures, such as user access control and data encryption, within NiFi.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational data governance policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flow and integration.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Apache NiFi for managing data flows, file transfers, and API integrations.
  • Knowledge of secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, and encryption methods).
  • Experience integrating systems using APIs and working with open systems (cloud, on-premise, hybrid).
  • Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and security practices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and optimization skills for large-scale data migration and integration projects.
