We're seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate Actions Team. This role is open for a Hybrid work model in Pune, MH, and requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to work with Macros.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand SEC rule c- and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Prior experience with Stock Record/Takeoff reports is a plus.
  • Good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, and able to work with Macros.
  • Ability to work with shift time – pm to am (during day-light savings) and pm to am (during day light saving end period).

Requirements:

  • Graduation or Post Graduation with + years of work experience.
  • Ready to take relevant FINRA certification as per process requirements.
